• "Property Owner" refers to farmhouse owners who list their properties for booking.

• "Booking" refers to the reservation of a farmhouse through our platform.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

• Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in the termination of your access.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Users can either:

  • Pay 30% in advance at the time of booking and the remaining 70% at the farmhouse, or

  • Pay 100% of the total booking amount in advance.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

• Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation is not permitted once a booking is confirmed.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.

• In rare cases such as natural disasters or government restrictions, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of FunAtFarm.com.

5. Farmhouse Rules & Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property, maintain cleanliness, and avoid causing damage.

• Loud music, parties, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the property owner.

• Property owners reserve the right to deny entry or evict guests for rule violations.

• Any damage caused by guests will be charged to them.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• FunAtFarm.com acts as a booking platform and is not responsible for the day-to-day management or condition of the farmhouses.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings provided by property owners.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the stay.

• Users are advised to verify all details before making a booking.

7. Modification of Terms

• FunAtFarm.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or updates on the website.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising out of the use of FunAtFarm.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
