Booking amount in all its entirety must be paid before check in itself else the gates will not be opened and booking will be cancelled.

Advance, booking amount is non refundable in case of cancellation.

Cleaning charges of Rs.500/- must be paid additionally to the watchman

In case of failure to vacate the premises at the specified check out time additional penalty charges will be collected.

HOOKAH, GANJA, DRUGS are strictly prohibited.

Customers are responsible for their own belongings.

Penalty of 2500/- will be collected from customer in case of misbehavior and Damage amount is collected as per the damage caused if any.

500/- fine will be collected for broken beer bottles.

1500/- fine for vomits cleaning.

Alcohol consumption is allowed for persons above the age of 21.

No Electronic Items, Speaker and projector are not allowed inside the pool area.

Very loud music is not allowed after 11:00 pm.

Copy of ID proof should be provided at the time of check in.
